After first catching our ear last year when they sent their addictive disco track “Solid Gold” to some blogs, The Golden Filter has been booked to tour with The Presets, been included in several high-profile mixes, and leaked more tracks, all while maintaining their mystique. They haven’t offered us one bit of info about their identities.
They made their New York debut at the club Le Poisson Rouge last weekend. Here are our photos, video clips, and a new track — their remix of Peter Bjorn and John.
