The Golden Filter has released its second official single, “Thunderbird.” Here’s the new music video, and details straight from the band:

The Limited Edition 12″ vinyl with our cover of “Hardest Button To Button” as the B-side is available in the UK from the Dummy shop or in quality record shops. Digitally there is also a lovefelt italo disco take on “Thunderbird” by Villa, along with a dub mix.

For those in North America, you can buy the digital bundle from us via our website or on iTunes which contains an alternate edit of “Thunderbird.” Should you want to don a lovely gold fox on your body, limited edition The Golden Filter t-shirts are also available, bundled with the MP3s here.

The Golden Filter has also announced that its long-awaited full-length album will come out everywhere but North America in early 2010 through UK label Brille Records (home of The Knife, Good Shoes, Operator Please). North America release details are “TBA.”
