Before Glasslands could even turn off “Daft Punk is Playing at My House” for Max Tundra, he started to jam along on his keyboard like a mad man, “That’s right, LCD Sound System is playing at MY house”. And that was the way it went for the rest of the night. Armed with an ample collection of toy-like instruments, he moved through his set, ranging from house pumping electronic anthems to super bizarre commercial-like jingles.
While a rather short set, he had less than 24 hours to go before his next — opening up for Girl Talk at Terminal 5. While they have been touring together for a while, he played up as if he was rather nervous about it, “It should be fine, right?” We seem to think so.
