Happy Valentine’s Day! Get ready to spend the day with some heavy guitar thanks to the early listen of Sleigh Bells’ sophomore record, Reign of Terror.
Reign of Terror will be released on February 21,2012 but The New York Times is letting you stream it one week early. Head over there now to get your first listen. The New York Times also has a nice profile of the band, from their massive early hype, the release of their debut Treats, Derek Miller’s work with M.I.A and the recent tour of Florida with Diplo and Liturgy. It’s pretty illuminating, pulling the curtain back a bit and seeing the work Miller and Alison Krauss put into Sleigh Bells.
Sleigh Bells will be on the road for the release of Reign of Terror. The band will be stopping in New York for a date at Terminal 5 on February 17 and will also be playing Saturday Night Live one day later on February 18. All dates below.
